DELEGATE SALES EXECUTIVE​

The Delegate Sales team in DC engages prospects via phone, LinkedIn, and email, to deliver our client’s campaign targets. Our clients include some of the world's largest business conference/ exhibition organizers and top technology vendors.
The team's objectives include - Booking paid delegates for conferences and training, lead generation activities for vendors globally; including recruiting qualified attendees for Webinars, Round-tables, and Internal events.
An ideal candidate must have relevant Conference / Training sales experience OR a minimum of 3 successful years selling into
top-level executives/accounts in the Middle East, Europe, the US, and APAC.

Identify and generate quality leads and win campaign proposal targets daily

Cold-call and reach prospects daily in the current business environment, hold great conversations on the phone

Write compelling, personalized messages and engage through LinkedIn and emails

Communicate value propositions through a pre-designed script with controlled call back agreements

Achieve monthly and overall revenue targets

Absorb and work under challenging deadlines, remain disciplined and accountable to deliver results consistently
DELEGATE SALES MANAGER

This is a Sales Management role that requires you to run and manage DC's International client campaigns. Our clients include some of the biggest business conference/exhibition organizers worldwide and top vendors/sellers of various solutions.
Campaign objectives include booking sponsors, exhibitors, paid delegates for conferences & training, lead generation activities for vendors globally, including recruiting qualified attendees for Webinars, Round tables, and Inside sales/appointment settings.
You will be responsible for maximizing your sales team's potential, crafting plans and processes to achieve the campaign results, and justifying those to the management and client. You must have a proven track record of recruiting, training, and developing sales talent with a drive to contribute individual results as required.
